Leader of One Direction imposed again in court the paparazzi
Harry Styles won a court order preventing a group of photographers and ride him guard chases him near his home
British singer Harry Styles, most recognizable face in the popular teen group One Direction , today won a legal battle against four new paparazzi to avoid a " wild chase " .
At a hearing today in the High Court in London , the judge ordered that the four photographers can not approach Styles, who was not present at the hearing.
The popular artist in December obtained an injunction to prevent an organization identified as AAA and other Paparazzi photographers chasing him in cars or motorbikes.
That order also prevented those photographers had under continuous surveillance Styles and expect prohibited within 50 meters distance in relation to the singer 's home .
In today's hearing , Judge James Dingemans issued an extension of that mandate against those paparazzi , who have been identified and have agreed to cease the ongoing harassment he was subjected to the singer.
The judge ordered that a new hearing be held within four weeks while investigations continue to identify other paparazzi , accused of using the same tactics of harassment against the singer .
Harry Styles , 20 , appealed to the British court in a final attempt to avoid continued harassment to which he was subjected , after asking them to stop the paparazzi chasing him voluntarily.
His lawyer, David Sherborne, said today that the court decision is not a " privacy by " so it will not affect the relationship of the singer with his fans.
